ユーザビリティのカリスマ、ジェイコブ・ニールセン氏は、ヒートマップを通じて、ウェブサイトの画面に視点が集中している場所を明らかにした。ご覧の通り、消費者の注目はテキストに集中しており、その周りのバナー広告には注がれていない。

テレビのトイレタイム、みたいなものだが可視化されたことは意味がある。
ただ、視点を集中させていないから広告を見ていないか、というとそんなこともない。

ぼくは「ソーシャルメディアに広告を出したほうがよく見られる！」よりも「脱広告」を構想・実践していきます。→ソーシャル・メディアで「お互いに顔の見える商取引」が復活します
